Hi everyone, i am holding a prize draw competition on our group "Let's Give A Gift Of A Healing Toy", with some gorgeous prizes as you will see below. Everyone that sends in a toy for this group will receive a raffle ticket for each toy. So the more toys you send in the more chances you have of winning one of these lovely prizes. The prize draw will be drawn on the 1st June, so all toys need to get to me by the 31st of May. There are five prizes to be won... Here they are :-)

My Easter Swap

Woohoo my Easter parcel came today and what a treat, Kaarina, cinnamoncupcake, you have spoilt me rotten i love everything.....
Here is a list of what i recieved and photos, and hubby mitts off, you should have seen his face light up when i opened all of the goodies.. He said, "you can have the wool" lol Ty so much my lovely they really are gorgeous and so much thought and effort went into making the personalized egg cozy and the beautiful sunflower cup holder....
i received a gorgeous ball of Reflection Mohairgold Batik with metallic in such wonderful shades of golds, creams and greens (my favourite colours) :-)

Micah's Blanket

Micah is a gorgeous two year old little boy, recently his family took him into hospital for some blood tests to see why he was so sick so often. He has cancer. There is a tennis to softball sized tumor on his liver, which has compromised 90% of it. It has spread to his lungs as well. He cannot be on the list for a liver transplant until he has no more cancer in his lungs.

His family has gone through much in the last three days, but their faith is strong.

Sian O'Callaghan's Healing/Memory Blanket

A Healing blanket in memory of 22yr old Sian O'Callaghan who was kidnapped and murdered on the 19th March 2011... This is for her family..

Sian O’Callaghan was a beautiful 22yr old woman who had everything to live for. She left a nighclub in Swindon in the early hours of the morning on March 19th 2011, She was last seen getting into a taxi. She was never seen again… The Police have recently caught her killer and found Sian’s body. I live in Swindon, Sians death has saddened everyone. Having a 23yr old daughter myself its so frightening to think that could have been my daughter, she was in that club only two weeks earlier..
My aim is to get enough group members to send in knitted or crocheted squares, 5”x5”, i will then crochet them altogether to make a kingsize blanket to give to her parents, for healing and in memory of Sian….

Handmade Soaps For Sale

These first soaps are Lavender, Rosemary & Cammomile...
The round slices with white swirls are and the bars with flower heads are Lavender, the blue circle with swirls and the small flowers are Rosemary & the plain bars are Camomile...

I also have a range of theraputic massage soap bars as shown below... The small bars are Jasmine, they are actually a shade of pink but look darker in the photo.. The green bars are Tea tree and Eucalyptus and the cream bars are Mandarin and lime and the coffee coloured bars are Ginger and Lemongrass...

The dusky pink glittery flowers are also Jasmine and below i have shown some examples of how i can gift wrap them for you.. I can also do gift bags and boxes..
I can custom make these molds in most scents and colours, so just let me know if you would like me to custom make you some....

Friday's Surprise Valentines Gift

Today i received a huge surprise when the parcel man knocked and handed me a rather large box.. Inside was a huge array of gorgeous gifts from a secret admirer...
There are two heart shaped ramekins, heart shaped cookie cutters, heart patterned nail file, a huge heart shaped box of praline chocolates, heart shaped ice cube tray,
a gorgeous patchwork material patterned bird notebook and keyring and a lovely valentines card.... there was also a gorgeous crocheted heart and some crocheted squares....
As i have already received my valentines swap and an extra from thomas sheks son you can imagine my shock and delight to receive all of these extra goodies... even when i was younger i have never had such a terrific valentines i'm beaming....
I have a clue who my naughty secret santa is and i shall be messaging them privately to say ty, providing i guessed right lol here's a photo..

Hi everyone well its been a busy day received lots of goodies in the post that i would love to share with you..
We have been doing a Valentines Swap on our group "Lets Make a Gift of a Healing Blanket"
My Valentines Pressie came today and how gorgeous is it..
My gifts came in the most gorgeous Heart Box and to be honest with you that was a gift in itself and it wouldn't have mattered if it were empty lol
Inside was a gorgeous Pink ball of yarn, a forever friends keyring, A collection of spa planet face masks, a deep purple nail polish, an adorable blue nose friends duck, and such a lovely pair of handmade fingerless mittens... I love everything ty so much "Secret Admirer" I do know who sent my parcel and will be thanking them later. I won't post who it is as it eliminates other peoples guesses on the group...
There was also the lovliest card with a gorgeous verse, its just lovely, so much thought went into my presents ty again so much :-)

Today i received a wonderful valentines Parcel, i knew immediately who it was from and it wasn't from one of you lovely ladies, oh no, i received a valentines parcel from the lovely Thomas, sheks son.... Midlife crisis lol

Hi everyone, i thought i would share a couple of photos with you today to let you in to my world.....
Firstly this is the first proper photo of my new look (more like midlife crisis that i recently had lol) since having my relapse i haven't been able to properly hold a hairdryer so i had my hair all cut off, but i didn't stop there i dyed it dark too... eeekkk i hear you all cry.. Yes i miss my blonde hair but i do like the cut...
I would also like to introduce you to the lovely Mr Goodbody lol...
I would also like you to meet one of my babies, his name is George O'Malley, no not after the aristocats but after a character in Grey's Anatomy....
He looks like a little Alien at the moment because he's had an allergy to something that we still haven't got to the bottom of....

Its called "Slap Chop" and its designed by ravelry's chickenbetty and the pattern can be viewed here this is so easy to make and the bracelet itself took me about 15 mins.. The sewing of the beads took longer but it looked adorable without them aswell..
