Carols Blanket - Granny Squares Received

This post is to show all of the Granny squares that i have received so far towards Carols Blanket. when i have put all of the squares together i doubt very much if i will remember where all of the squares have come from. This way Carol can come and have a look on here and find out exactly who made what squares....
The first two pics have been kindly made by Ravelry's cinnamoncupcake from Lancashire.
The 3rd pic down are squares made by Ravelrys handbaggirl from Aberdeen.

  3. Bless you, go onto youtube.com they have great tutorials for lots of crochet projects especially granny squares, just pause between each bit... They are great as you can see exactly what to do.. xx

  4. Yes, thats how i learned in the first place, just cant seem to quite get the changing colour thing in my head, will have a sit down some time and make an effort..x

  5. Hi Diane, not sure if this will help but here goes, when you've finished a round fasten off as if you've finished. Make a starting look with the new colour as if you were starting a square but not yet chained any. Put your hook through any corner of the square that you have started and fastened off. hook the loop of the new colour nd slip stitch, then carry on as if you were still doing the original square..
    Hope i've just explained that enough lol.. Let me know if thats helped... X
